We offer a free at-home ring sizer for your convenience and provide free resizing on our engagement rings.
If your bracelet or necklace doesn’t fit properly, simply send it back to us, and we’ll ensure it’s readjusted to fit you perfectly.

All orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement.

Custom jewelry orders cannot be returned or exchanged after 3 days, as production begins promptly.
However, some modifications to custom orders are still possible within 5 days of placement.

We offer reliable and fully insured shipping by FedEx for all our jewelry pieces.
We require that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only.
We do not ship to P.O BOX addresses. Signature will be required on all deliveries.
If you miss your shipment, FedEx will attempt to deliver 2 more times before it is returned to the shipper.
