Design Concept
Our process begins with inspiration. Our designers draw from various sources, including customer requests, photographs, nature, high fashion, and art to create initial sketches of the jewelry piece.
CAD Modeling
Once a concept is developed, we create detailed sketches through Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to produce 3D models. This allows us to visualize the piece from all angles and make necessary adjustments.
Material Selection
We carefully select the finest materials, including precious metals like 18 carat gold and platinum, and high-quality, certified natural and lab created diamonds. This ensures each piece meets our standards of beauty and durability.
Wax Modeling or 3D Printing
The design is then turned into a physical model. Traditionally, this is done by carving a wax model by hand. Alternatively, we may use 3D printing to create a precise wax replica of the CAD design.
Casting
The wax model is used to create a mold. Molten metal is poured into this mold to form the base structure of the jewelry. This process, known as lost-wax casting, has been used for centuries and allows for intricate details.
Assembly and Soldering
The cast metal pieces are carefully assembled. This often involves soldering various components together to form the final structure of the piece.
Stone Setting
Our skilled jewelers meticulously set each diamond by hand. This step requires precision to ensure the stones are secure and aligned perfectly.
Polishing and Finishing
The piece is then polished to a high shine, removing any imperfections and bringing out the metal's natural luster. Additional finishes, such as plating or texturing, may be applied at this stage.
Packaging
Finally, the completed jewelry is carefully packaged in our signature boxes, ready to be presented to you. Each piece is accompanied by its gemological certificate (IGI, GIA, EGL, etc.) detailing the specifications of the diamond(s).
